What is the role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented International Carrier Coordinator with previous experience in a logistics/transport role to assist and support our growing online business. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established, successful business at an exciting time.
As a member of a small team, you will help coordinate the relationships across multiple carriers, ensuring service levels are met and carrier invoicing and administration is kept up to date.
What you will do
- Carrier invoice reconciliation along with KPI reporting Weekly/Monthly.
- Be a specialise in carrier queries within customer services department.
- Identifying carrier issues affecting customer experience and find solutions.
- Cover day to day carrier queries, collection schedules, and warehouse carrier processes
- Support carrier management with ad-hoc administrative duties when required.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the logistics team by suggesting and assisting with improvements in processes, procedures, and ways of working and support the HOL in delivering projects
What you will bring
- Experience within logistics/transport role with a demonstrable knowledge of collection scheduling
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills in logistics, reporting, business administration
- Understanding of Carrier invoices, and rate cards and be able to identify, interpret and report invoice queries.
- Great attention to detail and passion for investigating and resolving queries
- Confident to Liaise with internal departments and third parties to resolve issues
- Experience in reporting KPIs and preparing performance reports for continuous improvement.
- Team player with a collaborative spirit and a desire to contribute positively to the workplace culture.
