You will be energetic and love being busy! Speed and accuracy will be important to you as you will be working in a variety of departments including picking, packing, putting goods away and processing returns. With the opportunity to increase through our pay levels as your skill level increases you will thrive on the oppportunity to be involved and learn new skills.
Having experienced working across all of our warehouse departments and excelled with your rates and attitude you will have excellent communication skills and will act as a role model in our dedicated training team. You will train and coach your colleagues whilst ensuring that all areas in the warehouse are always up to date, helping whereever you are needed.
You will be looking for the next opportunity and relish the oppoprtunity to coordinate the work of the team and get involved in first line management responsibilities. You will excell at giving feedback and keeping the warehouse teams engaged and motivated and you never need to be asked to pitch in and help when our teams need assistance.
You will thrive in a busy people environment and take pride in achieving with your team. You will be adept at communicating with colleagues from a variety of backgrounds and will work with your Senior Manager team members to ensure that the operation has everything and everyone it needs to run smoothly across our 2 warehouses. You will be adept at problem solving, supportive and great at multitasking to ensure everything is always on track.
Nothing gets past you because you are always working amongst your team to ensure that everything is running smoothly. You will listen to ideas and continually improve the warehouse under your stewardship and call on the support of your management team and warehouse operatives to deliver on our customer promises.
